a) Our objectives are:
To facilitate exchange of information and communication channels among various NGOs so as to develop an environment of cooperation and partnership with each other.
To create a network of NGOs where they can share, access and disseminate information, experiences and data with each other. They can also collaborate with each other to promote each other’s work.
To create a network to enhance the knowledge base and thereby strengthen community organizations. They can share information and experiences with each other and benefit accordingly.
To build the capacity of grassroots NGOs, social workers through free online resources and information on a single platform.
To serve non-profit organizations, charities, grassroots and community groups, academic and research institutions.
To provide funding support and useful information on how to get funding, how to get funding from government, funding agencies, support organizations, corporate social responsibility parameters and other useful resources.
To support NGOs in their fundraising efforts and in line with the objectives of the constitution.
To provide information and resources and guidance to NGOs to successfully run and manage their organizations while adhering to social norms.
To exchange ideas between NGOs, change agents and development agents.
To provide free, easy and immediate access to information to NGOs.
To provide more options for funding agencies to support and choose the right NGOs to work with.
To provide information on NGO registration and NGO consultancy
To provide volunteers to NGOs and to collaborate between NGOs and volunteers
B) Our main objective is to adhere to the principles of conflict transformation which are as follows:
Samvad - To engage in dialogue and dialogue with civil society organizations in Maharashtra;
Sanghatan - To engage in continuous dialogue, participation and social pressure on decision makers to work for the welfare of the grassroots communities, to share ideas and concerns with politicians.
Capacity Building - Striving to build a strong civil society that works together on all sides in post-conflict situations.
Trust Building - Building trust between social groups, NGOs and civil society through ongoing engagement and dialogue.
